Event / Exhibition Designer
Job Description:
- Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customers satisfaction.
- Generating unique sales plan, creating engaging advertisement, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies to increase product or services awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- To manage, coordinate the marketing plan to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for the sales and service of new, existing and potential customer, maintain excellent relationships with client through superior customer service.
- Implement and analyze sales strategies and activities.
- To maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standard.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No need graduates required
- At least mini 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- Required language: Bahasa melayu, English and mandarin
- Required skill: Microsoft office, presentation skill, good communication skill
- Team working ability
- Strong interpersonal skill, self-motivated and proactively.
Job Description:
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to meet quality expectations.
- Manage all aspect of the event planning process, including coordinate with internal staff, clients, vendors, and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison to senior level executives, government officials, industry leaders throughout the planning process and budget tracking.
- Research resources, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to help staff make decisions about event design
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
- Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues
- Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day
Requirement:
- At least min 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Job Description:
- Liaising with clients to discuss the brief of theme, ideas, product or services to be promoted.
- Discuss the brief and design concept, finalize proposals and present to client.
- Create initial design sketches and computer-generated 3d visuals.
- Handle production orders for materials and site services.
Requirement:
- At least a diploma in exhibition & event design or equivalent.
- 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- be imaginative and creative
- have technical drawing skills, knowledge in 3ds max, adobe photoshop is a must
- have an eye for shape and color
